Tom Brady, the greatest of all time, and winner of 7 Super Bowls is hanging up his cleats. Brady built a dynasty in New England and had what seemed like 2 Hall of Fame careers, winning 3 Super Bowls in the 2000s and 3 in the 2010s with the Patriots. He then left New England for Tampa last season, winning a Super Bowl with the Buccaneers in his first year. Brady and the Bucs were knocked out of the playoffs in a very exciting game last week vs the Rams.
Brady is a three-time league MVP, five-time Super Bowl MVP, two-time NFL Offensive Player of the Year, a three-time All-Pro and a 15-time Pro Bowl selection. He holds the record for career yards passing (84,520), passes attempted (11,317) and completed (7,263) and touchdowns (624). Brady, a sixth-round pick, may go down as the best player ever and one of the best sports stories of all time.
Brady had previously said that spending time with his family was going to be key in making the decision to return next season or not. After 22 seasons in the NFL, Brady is calling a quits and will likely go down as the GOAT.
