Joe Schoen Says That The Giants Would Consider Signing Odell Beckham

Folks, unlike his predecessor, Joe Schoen held a midseason press conference earlier today to discuss the Giants season so far. Joe Schoen discussed a lot of things from his decision to not make any trades at the deadline to the 6-2 start.

One topic of conversation that came up was a reunion with WR Odell Beckham Jr., the best receiver in Giants history. Schoen said that Odell Beckham is a “good player” and they’d consider signing him if he was healthy.

It’s great to see that this football team is weighing all of their options. Obviously the Giants didn’t make a move for a receiver at the deadline, which was the correct decision, and still do need help at the position.

Odell Beckham would be a great addition. He can still play at a high level when healthy and he can be a dominant player for the Giants down the line.

Either way, it’s nice to see that the Giants have competent leaders again. Joe Schoen has done a really great job as the Giants General Manager and if he was somehow able to get Odell Beckham Jr. back in blue then I think most fans would love him forever.
